Abigail Elizabeth Teaford

Abigail Elizabeth Teaford, age 19, passed away on September 5, 2019. She was born in Powell, OH, daughter of Dean and Terri Teaford. She was a graduate of Olentangy Liberty High School in Powell and completed her freshman year at Ohio University, where she was studying nutrition. Abby is survived by her parents, Dean and Terri Teaford; sister, Mackenzie Teaford; brother, Zach Teaford; step-mother, Susan Capicchioni; step-brothers, Jack and Matt Capicchioni; grandmothers, Maureen Tehan and Robin Teaford; aunts and uncles, Tim Tehan, Kitty (Phil) Walker, Chris (Laura) Tehan, Scott (Tish) Teaford, and Meg (Heino) Hoermann; and cousins, Kylee and Nick Walker, Claire and Maddie Tehan, and Sophia Hoermann. Abby was preceded in death by her grandfathers Stanley Teaford and John Tehan, cousins Megan Walker and Sean Wilson. As family and friends are well aware, Abby enjoyed many things in life; especially spending time with family, watching Ohio State football games, spending time outdoors hiking or riding her bike, and spending time with close friends experiencing new restaurants and attending concerts. Abby’s quiet yet loving demeanor and kind soul made everyone feel so comfortable being around her. The family wishes to extend a special Thank You to the very dedicated and caring staff of the critical care unit at Riverside Methodist Hospital and Kobacker House.
