Albert Allen

Albert Louis Allen, fondly known as “Bud”, died on March 5, 2018. He was born on April 19, 1938 in Portsmouth, OH, the oldest of two sons born to Olive and Russell Allen. He was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1953 and was associated with the Galloway, OH congregation. He shared his faith with others for over 64 years, including a prison ministry at Orient. Bud worked in the tool and die trade at General Motors and retired in 1999 after 34 years of service. Bud is survived by his wife of nearly 60 years, Shirley Allen, daughters, Cindy Drevs and Carla Hamilton, grandchildren, Brandy Brooks, Tyler Brooks, Micaela Drevs, Ryan Lewis, Chris Lewis and Sara Goslin, and three great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Sunday, March 18 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 3333 Main St., Hilliard, OH.
