Alice Irene Rutherford, 75 of Washington C.H., passed away Monday, November 30, 2009 at Doctor’s West Hospital in Columbus.
She was born June 20, 1934 in Fairfield County, Ohio; daughter of the late Edward and Edna (Young) Mettler.
Member of Groveport Calvary Apostolic Church.
She is survived by her children, Desi (Brenda) Gentzel, Terri (Willard) Shull, Misti (Tim) Pittman, Gigi Stewart, Coi (Helen) Gentzel; 18 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
A Funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. on Friday, December 4, 2009 at the Apostolic Gospel Church 15770 US Rt. 62, Mt. Sterling. Rev. Darrell Kelly officiating with the interment following in Forest Cemetery in Circleville. The family will receive friends at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 W. Main St., Mt. Sterling on Thursday, December 3, 2009 from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m.
