Allan Roberts

Allan J. Roberts, age 75, of Dublin, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at Claremont Retirement Village. Allan was a veteran of the U.S army serving in the 538th Engineering Company. He was retired from the City of Hilliard Engineering Department where he served many years as Deputy City Engineer. Allan’s dedication to his family, his country, and his work will be missed.

Allan was preceded in death by his beloved wife Mary Ellen Overstreet; parents Herbert J. and Goldie Roberts; brother Richard Roberts; sister Jackie Glancy and husband Bob; brother-in-law Thomas Overstreet and wife Patricia; brother-in-law Norman “Brud” Overstreet, and brother-in-law Daniel Overstreet. Allan is survived by daughter and son-in-law Amy and Jay Molnar of Dublin OH; son David Roberts of Powell OH; and grandchildren Maggie, Sarah, and Cate Molnar; sister-in-law Carol Roberts; brother-in-law Mike Overstreet and wife Jean; sister-in-law Yolanda Overstreet; sister-in-law Linda Overstreet; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH, 43026 from 5:00-7:00 PM on Wednesday, March 14.
