Alvin Burt

Alvin Glen Burt, age 71, of Delaware, passed away April 24, 2013. US Navy Veteran. Member of High St. Baptist Church and was a construction worker. Preceded in death by wife Ruth. Survived by children Melissa Sue (Cecil) Hamilton, Sherrie Marie (Gary) Lester, Matthew Glen Burt and Michael Glen Burt, 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, numerous relatives and a host of friends. Family will receive friends 10- 11 am Tuesday at High St. Baptist Church, 7399 N. High St., Columbus, OH 43235; where a funeral service will follow at 11 am with Pastor Charles Mainous, III officiating. Interment Northlawn Memory Gardens.
