Ann G. Koch

Ann G. Koch, 90, of Dublin, Ohio, formerly of Kenton, Ohio passed away Monday, August 28, 2017 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 1,1927 in Kenton, Ohio. Ann was married to Carl H. Koch, of Kenton, on September 18, 1949, and he survives. Ann is preceded in death by her parents Doris and Robert B. Gemmell, son Richard C. Koch, and sons-in-law James H. Temple and Gary A. Veach, and 2 great-grandsons Karter and Paxton Koch. Ann was actively involved in her younger years as a member of the Kenton United Methodist Church Choir, Fortnightly, Music Club, and most recently a co-owner of Ancon, Inc, a trucking-warehouse distribution company in Columbus, Ohio. Ann is survived by her daughters, Lynn K. Temple and Lois J. (Dale) Simpson; brother Robert Gemmell; grandchildren Elizabeth Temple; Jason (Monica) Temple; Amanda (Kris) Fox; Brandon (Niki) Koch; Chris (MaryAnne) Veach; Ryan (Molly) Koch; Emily Koch. Great-grandchildren Benjamin, Grayson, Cory, Bailey, Nathaniel, Nicholas, Connor, Colton, Gino, Corbin, Monica, Madalyn, Morrigan, Aiden, Julien and Liam, and soon to arrive baby boy Veach. Family will receive friends 11am-12 noon Saturday, September 2, 2017 at HILLIARD UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 5445 Scioto Darby Rd, Hilliard, Oh 43026; funeral service to follow at noon, followed by an OSU tailgate luncheon/party, per Ann's request, at the Hilliard United Methodist Church. Dress accordingly. Arrangements are being completed by the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Hilliard, Ohio. Internment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hilliard United Methodist Church/choir fund, or OhioHealth Hospice.
