Annette D. Rentenberg, 53, of Powell, died Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at her home. She was born May 11, 1962, in Long Beach, California, the daughter of Max and Virginia Dale. Annette graduated from Meridian Community College and Furman University. On October 17, 2003, she united in marriage to Craig Rentenberg in Powell. Annette created the original Spinning Studio at Sawmill Athletic Club, and was teaching Yoga and Spinning at Premier at Sawmill and Cardinal Health. Annette also worked as a Dental Hygienist for Dr. Daniel Williams of Columbus, and ACC Health, where she provided dental care to the U.S. Military deployed from Ohio. In her spare time, she was an avid runner and cyclist while also operating Backyard Splendor, creating yard art, greeting cards, and scrapbooks using recycled materials. She also traveled the country visiting craft breweries with her husband. She is survived by her husband, Craig E. Rentenberg of Powell; children, Cara Todd of Powell and Kyle Todd of Berkeley, CA; stepchildren, Matt Rentenberg of Columbus and Lauren Coventry of Indian Land, SC; grandson, Corbin Coventry of Indian Land, SC; brother, Russ Dale of Rochester Hills, MI; and mother, Virginia Dale of Findlay. She was preceded in death by her father, Max Dale. Friends may call Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St. in Hilliard. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 10700 S. Liberty St. in Powell.
