Annie Maria Nelson

Annie Maria Nelson passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday May 9, 2023 in Columbus, Ohio. She was born on November 3, 1998 in Columbus, Ohio to Lisa and Duane Nelson. She is preceded in death by her mother, Lisa Jane (McIntyre) Nelson, father, Herschel Duane Nelson and maternal grandmother, Beverly McIntyre Neal. Annie is survived by her brothers, Kenny (Nicole) Bowman, niece Rylin Bowman, Cory (Renee) Bowman, niece Zoey Bowman and nephew, Warren Bowman, aunt and uncle Julie and David McDonald, special cousin Adam (Tricia) Griffith, grandparents Ray and Gail Carte, great grandmother Violetta French, aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. Annie is survived by her boyfriend, Ben Williams, whom she loved dearly. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Freedom Tails Ohio, a Hilliard based animal rescue.  

The family will receive friends on Wednesday May 17th from 3:30-5:30 pm, with a brief eulogy at 5:30 pm, at the Tidd Family Funeral Home, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, Ohio 43026. We’ll have food and fellowship afterward at the clubhouse in The Woods at Hayden Run, 5867 Timber Top Drive.
