Barbara Grace Kembitzky

Barbara Grace Kembitzky (née Jackson), age 86 of Hilliard, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 15, 2022. She was a long time member of the Vineyard Church at Tuttle Crossing.  Barbara’s love for the Lord Jesus and for her family was deep and constant. She often recounted her life’s greatest blessing of having six children in six years.  She was a loving mama, grandma and GG to so many others, sharing God’s love to all those she met. 

Barbara is preceded in death by her beloved husband, F. Joseph Kembitzky; parents, Glen and Josephine Jackson; her sister, Linda Eubanks; son, F. Joseph Kembitzky; son-in-law, Bud Wayman. 

She is survived by her children: Karen Ecker, Stephanie (Thomas) Smith, Marsha Wayman, Elizabeth (Jack) Perry, Greg (Kimberle) Kembitzky; Brother-in-law, Butch Eubanks; Grandchildren, Aaron, Natalie, Jessica, Heather, Jacqueline, Sara, Courtney and Kate; 16 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. 

The family would like to express special appreciation to all of the staff and caregivers at The Ashford at Sturbridge Assisted Living, for their kind and loving care of Barbara. 

The family will receive friends for a Celebration of Barbara’s Life on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 6:00 PM and then a gathering until 8 PM, at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 NORWICH STREET, HILLIARD, OH, 43026, (614) 876-1722.
