Bertha Mae Hamilton

Bertha Mae Hamilton, age 85, of Delaware, Ohio, formerly a long-time Mifflin Township resident, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2018. Born in Floyd County, Kentucky, Mae moved to Central Ohio in 1956. She was a long-time member of Shining Light Baptist Church in Hilliard where her late husband, Delmar pastored for many years. Mae was preceded in death by her beloved husband Reverend Delmar Hamilton and her children Tonya Craig and Denny Hamilton. Mae is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Danny and Libby Hamilton of Delaware, daughter-in-law Mary Ann Hamilton of Westerville, OH, son-in-law Kevin Craig of Columbus; her grandchildren: Jason (Kacey) Hamilton, Kyle (Erica) Hamilton, Jennifer (Mitch) Merth, Nicholas Craig and Jamie Craig; seven great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Irene Spradlin of Hilliard, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family will receive friends from 11:00a.m.-12:00 Noon THURSDAY, MARCH 29, 2018 at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH 43026 (614)-876-1722 where her Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 Noon with Reverend Bill Charles, officiating.
