Betty Penley

Betty Jean Penley, age 77, passed away Friday, March 16, 2018. A longtime resident of Hilliard, attended Cypress Wesleyan Church and retired from Mars Pet Care (Kal Kan). Preceded in death by parents Otto and Mathilda Tegtmeyer, brothers Roger, Ernie and Elmer Tegtmeyer and sister Viola Witman. Survived by children Lisa (David) Carter, Kim (Scott) Nice and Darrin (Lacy) Penley, sister Darlene (Bob) Beatty, grandchildren Brittany Lyons, Brandon, Blake and Bryce Carter, Heather, Heidi and Zachary Nice and Nathan Penley, 7 great grandchildren, special friend Vicky Stepp, numerous loving family and friends. Family will receive friends Monday 6-8 pm at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026. A graveside service will be held 12 pm Tuesday at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Hilliard, OH.
