Betty Shrum

Betty Lou (Hamilton) Shrum, age 86, of Hilliard, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017. Charter member of First Baptist Church of Hilliard; where she was a Sunday school teacher and in the Women’s Missionary Union. Preceded in death by loving husband William Sr. 1999, brother Ronald Hamilton, sisters-in-law Helen (Richard) Hall and Frances (William) Lamer, brothers-in-law Fred and Edgar Shrum. Survived by children William (Deborah K.) Shrum Jr. and Brenda (Terry) Fouts, siblings Harold (Pam) Hamilton and Karen Hamilton, grandchildren Timothy (Deborah) Fouts, Andrea Fouts and Curtis (Marisa) Tuggle, great grandchildren Alex, Katy and Allison Tuggle, sisters-in-law Doris Shrum and Vivian Shrum, numerous loving relatives and friends. Family will receive friends Thursday 5-7 pm at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will be held 1 pm Friday. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
