Betty Turner

Betty Turner, age 80, of Hilliard, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Member of Hilliard United Methodist Church for 45 years; where she served on the communion committee. She retired from Big Bear stores after 26 years of service. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. Preceded in death by parents and 3 brothers. Survived by loving husband of 60 years Richard, children Karen (Richard) Sparks, Steven Turner and Jeffrey (Peggy) Turner, 3 sisters, 1 brother, 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and numerous loving relatives and friends. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 pm Thursday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard. Funeral service will be held 11 am Friday at the Hilliard United Methodist Church, 5445 Scioto Darby Rd., Hilliard with Pastor David Ziegel officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
