Beverly M. Burkitt

Beverly M. Burkitt, age 86, of Hilliard, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018. Graduate of Mt. Sterling High School Class of 1950 where she was Valedictorian. She was a lifetime member of Hilliard United Methodist Church, Hilliard Ohio Historical Society, the Hilliard Senior Center and Hilliard United Methodist Church Women’s Society.  Preceded in death by parents Francis and Mary Anderson, 4 sisters, 2 brothers and 1 grandson. Survived by loving husband Paul Burkitt, children Paul Keith (Sharon) Burkitt Jr., Joey Burkitt, Valerie Landusky, Timothy (Diane) Burkitt and Ronald (Dawn) Burkitt, sister Linda (Jim) Bourne, 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Family will receive friends Monday 4-8 pm at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026. Funeral service will be held 10 am Tuesday at the Hilliard United Methodist Church, 5445 Scioto Darby Rd, Hilliard, OH 43026. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hilliard United Methodist Church or Hilliard Happiness Club.
