Bonnie Hillman

Bonnie L. (Shortridge) Hillman, age 73, of Hilliard passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2010 with her children by her side. She is preceded in death by her husband, Freddie Hillman, infant son, James Edward, four brothers and two sisters. She is survived by children, Shirley (Don) Russell, Freddie (Kim) Hillman, and Connie Pitt; her grandchildren, who were the love of her life, Scott, Erin, Abby, Mandy and Ryan; siblings Effie Spillman, Franklin Shortridge, and Charlotte Woods; her faithful canines, Nikki and Lilly; special friends Keith and Elly McDowell; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Her interests included family, cooking, baking, crafting, and actively supporting her grandkids at every opportunity. She touched the lives of everyone she met and will be sorely missed. In honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 17, 11:00 am at Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
