Brian Carter

Brian M. Carter, age 32, formerly of Hilliard, passed away unexpectedly December 30, 2008. Born in Columbus, Ohio on June 16, 1976. Graduated from Hilliard High 1994 and was employed at Verizon Wireless. Preceded in death by grandparents Wilbur and Gertrude Pyles and Elster Sr. and Agnes Carter and uncle Gary Pyles. Survived by loving wife Lynette, son Preston, parents Elster “Jr.” and Ruth Ann Carter of FL, sister Lisa (Hassell) Carter of Hilliard, father-in-law and mother-in-law Russell and Beth Kotarba of Hilliard, sister-in-law Tica (Matt) Kotarba of Columbus, brother-in-law Kody Kotarba of Dublin, numerous relatives and a host of friends. Brian thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. His favorite hobby was working on cars and also liked out door life with his son Preston. Most importantly, Brian was a good son, brother, husband, father and a good friend. We will all miss him in so many ways. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 7, 2009 12-2 pm and 7-9 pm at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard; where funeral service will be held 2 pm Thursday, January 8, 2009. Interment Alton Cemetery.
