Preceded in death by parents, Jackson and Doris (Mathews) Lapp. Survived by daughter, Brandy J. Lapp. Friends may call Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 2 until time of funeral service at 4 p.m. at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St. in Hilliard, OH. Interment originally scheduled for Monday, April 14, 2014 at 3 p.m. is now rescheduled for Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Dayton National Cemetery.
