Caleb Thomas White, age 38, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away September 18, 2019 following an unexpected illness. Caleb was born June 29, 1981 in London, Ohio. Caleb was survived by his loving lifelong partner Scott Osborne and his four-pawed pride and joy Bruiser Woods, father James White, mother Pam (Kelley) Meredith, sister Jennifer (Kris) Craig, stepbrother Adam Meredith, niece Alexis Craig, nephews Caiden Craig and Caleb Craig, Uncle Ken (Sue) Durham, Aunts Sharon (Rick) Boysel, Lee Ann (Don) Ellsworth, Sandra Sivert and his extended family he loved very much Valerie and Nathan Ross, their loving children Will and Ruby Ross, Katie Osborne and her significant other Kasey Kidwell.  Caleb was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Walter and Juanita White and maternal grandparents James and Wilma Durham, all well as Extended Family Gary Osborne.  Caleb graduated from London High School in London, Ohio June of 1999.  He worked many an odd job in his younger years from his first job as a bus boy at the Historical Red Brick Tavern, to being a bartender in Columbus, working at Verizon Wireless, nursing homes and in time working at OSU Medical Center where he found his true passion for life ‘nursing’. Caleb had attended Capital University and Columbus State prior to finding his calling in nursing.  Caleb followed his passion graduating from Hondros College of Nursing by first obtaining his LPN followed with obtaining his RN.  Caleb was continuing his education to obtain his Masters when he was diagnosed with Colon Cancer on February 4, 2016.  Caleb was a fighter and embraced everything thrown his way in life to include cancer.  Caleb brought much joy and happiness to this world. His contagious smile and laugh brightened rooms as he entered and filled them with joy.  His heart was filled with a zest of life unknown to most and his kindness flowed beyond his family and friends.  His love for making memories will live on in the hearts of those blessed to have crossed his path in life and will be forever missed by all. Family will receive friends Monday 3-7 pm at TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will follow at 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Colon Cancer Coalition, 5666 Lincoln Dr., #270, Edina, MN 55436.
