Carl Michael Caso

Carl Michael Caso, of Marysville, Ohio, passed away Monday, August 14, 2017 in Dublin, Ohio after a lengthy battle with cancer at the age of 65. He was preceded in death by his parents Dorothy L. and Antonio C.M. Caso. Carl is survived by his wife Bin Zhou, brothers Mark (Joan) Caso of Portland, OR and David (Jing) Caso of Brooklyn, NY, stepsons Shunyao Yang, Brett (Heather) Evans, stepdaughter Andrea (Ron) Moody, aunt Eileen Pilla (Edward) Sterling of Oceanside, CA, uncle John Pilla of Buckeye, AZ, nephew Corbett Caso, nieces Audrey Caso and Keana Caso, grandchildren Noah, Dylan and Levi Moody, Trust and Story Evans, and many good friends. Carl was born on February 26, 1952 in Woodbury, NJ to Dorothy and Antonio Caso. He graduated from Pitman (NJ) High School in 1970 and Rutgers University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree. Carl worked in many areas of the insurance business, in both New Jersey and Ohio, until 1996. He later worked for Honda of America, Manufacturing in Marysville, Ohio until his retirement in 2016 along with insurance on a part-time basis. Family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00p.m. THURSDAY, AUGUST 24, 2017 at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH 43026 (614)-876-1722. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00a.m. on FRIDAY, AUGUST 25, 2017 at ST. BRIGID OF KILDARE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7179 Avery Road, Dublin, OH 43017 with Monsignor Joseph M. Hendricks, Celebrant. Carl has requested that his ashes be interred on a burial reef off the coast of Sarasota, Florida through Eternal Reefs of Florida at a future date.
