Carl Picklesimer

Carl Picklesimer, age 69, of Hilliard, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2009 surrounded by his loving family. Loving husband, dad, grandfather, neighbor and great role model to many. He was the #1 mechanic at the OSU Golf Course for 52 years. He loved all OSU sports and also a fan of Nascar. Preceded in death by parents Milton and Vesta Picklesimer, 1 sister, 2 brothers and 2 nephews. Survived by loving wife of 51 years Rosella, daughters Loretta Levan, Linda (Paul) Beckwith and Loura (Dean) Sherman, grandchildren, Shawn Schlabach, Carley and Amanda Sherman, and Bryan Levan, sister, Gertie Stewart, loving dogs Pooh and Angel, numerous nieces, nephews, loving relatives and a host of friends. Family will receive friends 5-8 pm Thursday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard; where funeral service will be held 10 AM Friday with Danny Vanscoy officiating.
