Carol K. Braithwaite

Carol Braithwaite, age 70, of Hilliard, Ohio, went to Heaven on Friday, February 9, 2018. Born in Columbus to the late Morris and Darlene Hill, Carol was a graduate of Hilliard High School. Carol was a long-time employee with Acura of Columbus. A horse-lover her entire life, she owned a pure-bred Morgan horse she named Parsley. In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her step-father Richard Cartwright, her grandmothers Lucy Sansbury and Stella Williams and her sister Debbie Gilkerson. She is survived by her children Julie (Michael) Fraley of Johnstown, OH and Chad (Sheryl) Braithwaite of Grove City, OH, her grandchildren Courtney Phelps and Cody Phelps of Johnstown, sisters Joan (Perry) Robbins of Tennessee, Becky (Jeff) Wasem of Columbus and Kathy (Jerry) Neff of Columbus, her many nieces and nephews including her special niece Denise Hess, and her many friends. Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00p.m. WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2018 at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH 43026 (614)-876-1722 where her Memorial Service will follow the visitation and begin at 7:00p.m. with Pastor Gary Stites, officiating. Private family burial will be held later at Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
