Carol Hughes

Carol Ellen (Tidd) Hughes, age 68, of Piketon, passed away Thursday, February 12, 2009 at Traditions at Bristol Village in Waverly, Ohio. Preceded in death by husband Tom, parents Everett and Delphia Tidd, brother Harold Tidd, and sister Mammie Hall. Survived by loving son Gregory Hughes of Waverly and his friend Shari, granddaughter Danica (Joshua) Smith of Waverly, grandson Tommy Hughes of Waverly, 2 great granddaughters Izabella and Sophi Smith, Carol’s “sis” Brenda Danner of Columbus and her dear friend Leonard Stevens, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Family will receive friends 12-2 pm Sunday at Howe-Wheeler-Boyer-Hornback Funeral Home, 724 Main, Piketon, OH 45661; where funeral service will follow at 2 pm Sunday.
