Carolyn Gleason

Carolyn “Boosie” Gleason, age 80, a resident of Hilliard since 1958, died peacefully at home on July 25, 2016. Carolyn worked as a cook at Ridgewood Elementary School for many years. Graduate of West High School. Preceded in death by parents Roy and Edith Clouse, brother Dr. Roy Clouse, Jr. and son-in-law Don Rupright. Survived by her husband of nearly 64 years, Delbert “Jackie” Gleason, children Nancy Rupright, Jackie (Marla) Gleason, Janet Metz and Sandy (John) McKenna, grandchildren Lynn (Carlos) Segovia, Jon (Jeri) Metz, Jackie Ryan (McKenzie) Gleason, Nick Gleason, Stacey and Jay McKenna , 11 great grandchildren, sister-in-law Donna (Bob) Abbott, many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Thursday, July 28 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will be held noon on Friday, July 29. Family will also receive friends an hour prior to the time of service. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Hilliard, OH. Bob Williams and Stanley Landrum officiating.
