Charles Byron Wehr

Charles Byron Wehr, 86, of Hilliard, OH, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023. He was born on June 8, 1936, in Calais, OH, to the late Charles E. and Lucille (Stepiten) Wehr.

Charles served in the U.S. Army from 1959-1961 with the U.S. Third Army. He worked 42 years for Columbia Gas System in their computer department.

He will be deeply missed by his sons, Scott S. Wehr and Ryan P. Wehr; his grandson Jacob P. Wehr; and his brothers, Don G. Wehr and Bruce A. Wehr. He is preceded in death by his wife Charlotte A. Wehr, his brother David L. Wehr and his parents.

Family will receive friends from 12:00p.m.-2:00p.m. Saturday, August 5 at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH 43026 (614)-876-1722.  After the visitation hours, there will be a memorial service for Charles at 2:00 p.m.
