Charles Scott

Charles Walker Scott, Charlie, was born May 15, 1917 and passed away February 2, 2014. He is preceded in death by his first wife Thelma Rice Scott and son Dr. Charles Richard Scott DVM of Easton Maryland. This lovable and generous man was blessed to find love again and is survived by his wife Estelle Hutta-Scott, daughter Ann Scott Williams (Boyd) Smith, daughter-in-law Peggy Scott, step children Kathy (Rich) Davidson, Cindy (Dr. Rich) Orlando, Dr. Larry (Dawn) Hutta, Dr. Jim Hutta,13 grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and extended family Dieter and Nancy Hahn. Charlie graduated from Rosary High School, Columbus Ohio in 1935. He was a founding member of St. Brendan Parish, where for many years he was sacristan, lector, Eucharistic minister and a former parish council president. Charlie retired from Eljer Plumbing Ware- Brass division. Family will receive friends Saturday 9:30-11:00 am at St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church, 4475 Dublin Rd., Hilliard, OH 43026; where a mass of Christian burial will follow at 11 am, celebrating the long and happy life of a thoughtful loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend.
