Charles Stump

Charles A. Stump, 78, of Grove City, with his family at his side, finished tending his garden on earth to tend God’s garden in heaven on October 16th after a valiant 32 year battle with cancer. Member of Church of Christ Churches; where he was past Elder, Deacon, Sunday school teacher and member of Missions Committee. U.S Army Veteran. Charles was an avid gardener and participated in the garden tour in Grove City where he received the Gazebo award. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Margie; children Jeff (Susan), Todd, Megan (Ken) Keifer, Tom (Jenny) and Derek (Karlita); 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grand daughters, brother Earl Stump, and other family members. Services will be held at the Hilliard Church of Christ, 4300 Avery Rd., Hilliard, OH 43026 on Wednesday October 20th at 1 pm with calling hours two hours prior. Danny Vanscoy officiating. Burial to follow at Sunset Cemetery.
