Christopher Edward Gabbard

Christopher Edward Gabbard, age 50, of Dublin, OH, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 from complications of his recent heart surgery. He was born May 14, 1970 in Louisville, KY but lived his whole life in Ohio. Chris was an extremely creative person and a talented artist, loved music, gaming, Star Wars, Marvel & DC Comic movies. He worked in businesses related to computers for several years until his health became so challenging that he had to quit. He could fix just about anything related to computers. For a couple of years after he could no longer work outside the home, he created art to sell until he reached a point that he was not able to continue even that. Chris trusted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at an early age and was a member of Dublin Baptist Church. Chris was preceded in death by his brother Kevin Gabbard, grandparents Hugh & Oskie Gabbard and Garland & Esba Everidge. Chris is survived by his parents Darrel & Brenda Gabbard, his sister Kim (Scott) Collins, his niece Samantha Gabbard and many cousins. A private family graveside service was held at Dublin Cemetery.
