Clara Lewis

Clara “Libby” Clemons Lewis, age 60, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2011. She loved unconditionally and was known to put a smile on the face of anyone. She never knew a stranger. She was a homemaker and dedicated caregiver to her husband and her family. Member of Faith Tabernacle. Preceded in death by mother Carmen (Mounts) Clemons; father Henry Clemons; and brother Henry “Art” Clemons. Survived by loving husband of 20 years, James Robert Lewis Sr.; children, William “Bill” Shiller, Stephanie Peterson, Catie Peterson, James Robert (Creeda) Lewis Jr., and Shannon (Ashley) Fitch; siblings Darrell (Lela) Clemons, Sue (Roger) Weatherby, Jim (Ann) Clemons, Allan Clemons, and Freddie Clemons; grandchildren, Jessica, Elizabeth, Tiffany, Anthony, Derek, Felica, Joshua, Dakota, Jacob, Brooke, Devon, Zackery, Bobby, and Nathan; great-grandchildren, Lillian, Camden, Nathan, and Scarlet; nephews, Steve, Kevin, Justin, Brandon, and Brett; great nieces and nephews; the Terry family and best friend of 50 years Carol Smith McCauley. Family will receive friends Friday from 4-7PM at THE TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St. Hilliard, OH 43026. A funeral service will be held 10AM Saturday at Sunset Cemetery Chapel 6959 W.
