Cletis Maynard

Cletis Maynard, age 77, of Hilliard, passed away on December 8, 2022. He was born on June 8, 1945, in Logan County, West Virginia.

Cletis was preceded in death by his parents, Avery and Lois (Jonas) Maynard.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mary Maynard; daughters, Sheila Miller and Megan (Chris) Ward; sister, Ozaline (James) Chapman; grandchildren, Derick Band and Olivia Carroll; and numerous other loving relatives and friends.

Cletis was a proud United States Army Veteran, serving our Country in Vietnam. He retired from Mt. Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital.  He was a member of the Cemetery Road Church of Christ, and enjoyed spending his time traveling, camping and fishing.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 15, 2022, from 5-6 p.m., at Tidd Family Funeral Home, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, where a funeral service will be held on Friday, December 16, 2022, at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
