Cynthia Elise Walden

Cynthia Elise Walden, age 7, of Mt. Sterling, OH, went home to the Lord on Friday, July 20, 2018. Elise was preceded in death by her sister Whitney Nicole Walden and her great-grandparents: Leslie & Freda Beathard, Bill & Mildred Davis, and Mildred Lee. She is survived by her parents David and Nicole Walden, her brothers and sisters: Luke, Brooklyn, Alexis, Dylan and Desirae; her grandparents: John & Joyce Beathard and Cynthia Scott, all of Mt. Sterling; and her uncle Shawn (Gwen) Beathard and their son Seth. Elise so much enjoyed attending church services, Sunday School and Bible quizzing at MT. STERLING FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE, 226 North Market Street, Mt. Sterling, OH 43143 where her family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00p.m. TUESDAY, JULY 24, 2018. Funeral Services and burial will be held privately for the family. “But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep.” 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14.
