Dana Horn

Dana Horn, age 51, of Plain City, passed away, Friday, May 31, 2013. Founding member of Harvest Assembly of God and was employed by Auto Zone as a Territorial Sales Manager. Dana’s job, church and family were the most important to him. Preceded in death by parents James and Irene Horn. Survived by loving wife of 14 years Michele of Plain City, aunts Tuddi Bentley and Arnitha Spencer, many cousins, church family and friends. Family will receive friends Friday 5-8 pm at the Harvest Assembly of God, 8075 Dellinger Rd., Galloway, OH 43119; where funeral service will be held 10 am Saturday with visitation 1 hour prior to time of service. Pastor Chris Tomaso officiating. Interment Forest Grove Cemetery, Plain City, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dana Horn memorial fund at Harvest Assembly of God.
