Daniel Barnett

Daniel (Danny) Lee Barnett of Plain City, OH passed away on Friday, January 5th. Danny was a proud Marine Corps veteran who was stationed in Okinawa and bravely served his country during the Vietnam War. Danny was a complex man who spent the latter half of his life doing what he could to better himself and improve his relationships but we all knew that he loved his family with all of his heart and soul and that we loved him as well. Danny was preceded in death by his daughter Danielle Marie Barnett (27) and succeeded by his son James Daniel Ray Barnett (47), daughter Amanda Marissa Jenae Roberts (44), granddaughter Haleigh Elizabeth Roush (23), grandson Jordan Lee Roush (21), son Kevin Ray Barnett (35), granddaughter Brooklyn Ann Barnett (15), granddaughter Maci Cole Barnett (11), grandson Hunter Ray Barnett (8) and granddaughter Austyn Rae Barnett (2). Danny’s remains will be laid to rest at the Pine Grove Cemetery on Friday, January 26th at noon followed by a memorial service at the Coal Grove Betterment Club that same day.
