Darleene Cynthia Shively, age 55, of Columbus, passed away November 21, 2013. Member of Church of Christ. Preceded in death by mother Wilma J. Shively. Survived by father Kenneth R. Shively, children Preston Lee Jones, Jamison Kile (Jamie Lynn) Jones, Jeremy Ray (Anna) Jones and Stephanie Lynn (Erik) McKee, siblings Kenneth M. (Janet) Shively, Steven R. (Nancy) Shively, Penny Rae Shively and grandchildren Jason and Ayla. A graveside service will be held Tuesday 2 pm at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, 3225 Dublin Rd., Hilliard, OH 43026. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, PO BOX 2680 North Canton, OH 44720.
