David Francis Klein Sr., age 86, of Hilliard, passed away April 25, 2014. Preceded in death by parents Emile and Mary Wallace Klein and brother John Klein. Survived by children, Mary Susan (Ernie) Fuller of Rockwood, TN, Kathleen Ida (Joseph) Carr of Upper Arlington, OH and David Francis Klein Jr. of Sacramento, CA, brother Carl Campbell Klein of Rochester, NY, sister Judith Mileff of Gahanna, grandchildren Meredith Carr, Kristel Gibbons, Aran Carr, David Fuller and great granddaughter Olivia Gibbons. David was born and lived in Pittsburgh, PA until moving to Greeneville, TN in 1969. He moved to Muncie, IN in 1971 where he retired from Ball Corporation Inc. He retired to his farm in Greeneville, TN until moving to Columbus, OH six years ago. He was a WWII veteran and a member of the United States Coast Guard. The family will receive friends from 4 to 5 pm on Friday, May 2, 2014 with services to follow at the funeral home.
