Deborah Buchanan

Deborah Kay (Olson) Buchanan born February 19, 1959 passed away peacefully on September 17, 2022 surrounded by her family after a four-year long battle with cancer. Debbie was a 1977 graduate of Dublin high school where she participated in gymnastics and cheerleading. She attended The Ohio State University and graduated with an associates degree from Bliss College. She was employed by CAS for over 40 years. Preceded in death by her father Richard S. Olson and her daughter Courtney Michelle Pfaffinger, which was devastating for her and her family. Survived by her pride and joy… her children. Son William Michael Pfaffinger, daughters Faryn Nicole and Samantha Marcia Buchanan, longtime devoted boyfriend Tim Gwilliams. Her wonderful mother Marcia Olson. Sisters Carrie (Steve) Clay, Shari (Jim) Webber, brothers Rick (Shelly) Olson, Mike (Mia) Olson. Debbie enjoyed camping and boating. One of her all-time favorite things was to watch all of her kids in their sporting events. She also enjoyed her time with her family she appreciated all of the support from her family on things she could no longer do due to her illness.
