Delbert Lee Galentine, Sr.

Delbert Lee Galentine, Sr., age 73, of Dublin, passed away December 14, 2006. A long time Hilliard resident. He retired from Grimes Aero Space. He was employed by Walmart at Tuttle. He was an Army Veteran, Hilliard High School graduate class of 1951, former member of H.B.A, and was a member of Avery Lodge #493 F. & A.M.
Preceded in death by parents Francis and Rachael Galentine, brother Francis and beloved great grandson Cody McLean, Survived by loving wife of 55 years Emma E. Slone Galentine, loving children Lee Denise (Tom) Greer, Sharon Kaye (Ron) Adkins, Del (Brenda) Galentine all of Hilliard, brothers Jack, Bobby, Jim, Bill, and Larry, sisters Eileen White, Mary Lou Marvin, grandchildren Melissa (Jeff), Ryan, Mandie (Mike), Luke, Philip, Ashlee (Chris), and 9 great grandchildren. Friends may call 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm Monday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, where funeral service will be held 11 am Tuesday with Pastor Danny Vanscoy officiating. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery. A Masonic service will be held 7:30 pm Monday. A special thanks to Dr. Roach, Dr. Broyles, and Leah Yonkers. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Mt.
