Dellas Harold Harder

Dellas Harold Harder, age 89, of Hilliard, Ohio, died Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Columbus, Ohio, Dellas served his country as a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps. He was a self-employed architect and retired from the Ohio Historical Society. Dellas was a Fellow and past-president of the American Institute of Architects. He was preceded in death by his parents Reda Louise Harder and Worth Hudson Harder. Dellas is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Shirley Lutz Harder; his children: Desiree Harder Vaughn (Bruce) of Elk Rapids, MI, The Reverend Shana D’Lee Vernon of St. Louis, MO and Darren Hudson Harder (Dina Marie) of Hilliard; grandchildren: Curt Vaughn (Trish Cider Vaughn), Kelly Jeann Vaughn (Dr. Jennifer Sipos) and Halayna Shay Harder; great-grandchildren: Colette Elle and Chaston Clyde Vaughn; and his loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
