Deloris Waugh, age 83, of Hilliard, passed away Friday, February 10, 2017. Preceded in death by husband Wilbur W. Waugh and brothers Loren and Ray. Survived by children Michael (Terry) Waugh of Columbus, David R. (Joy) Waugh of Hilliard, Steven D. (Karen) Waugh of Plain City, Glenn Alan (Debbie) Waugh of Hilliard and Scott Edward (Pam) Waugh of Sacramento, CA, 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, brother Harold Dean (Sally) Thompson of Columbus, sister Judy (Wayne)McAllister of Washington Court House, OH, sister-in-law Luella Sheets of Gallipolis, brothers-in-law Ray (Connie) Waugh of Gallipolis and Betty (Norman) Parsons of Gallipolis and sister-in-law Ruth Thompson. Family will receive friends Wednesday 6-8 pm at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will be held 10 am Thursday. Further visitation and service will be held 2-3 pm Thursday at Victory Baptist Church, 1069 Victory Rd., Crown City, OH 45623 with interment to follow at Victory Cemetery, Crown City, OH.
