The family would like to thank the many friends who prayed for us on this journey. The prayers, compassion and empathy genuinely brought the love of Christ to us and countless others with whom we shared this path. The Wednesday night Teaching Track at Leave A Mark was a fount of refreshment, the Tuesday night 'guys' for adopting Diana and our wonderful 'Jesus Ladies'.
The family wishes to also thank Sarah Bickley, Dr. Rajagopolan and the staff of Mt Carmel West Radiology, Dr. Gewirtz of Central Ohio Neurological , Dr. Segal and the staff of the Zangmeister, Dr. Giglio and the staff of the James at OSU and Dr. Gaeke and the staff of the Kobacker House. These wonderful folks added profoundly to the quality of our lives during this tough journey. We had strong faith that God would always provide the right people at the right times and He did. God bless you as you fight on for others.
Dee Dee enjoyed a range of Christian music, most recently we adopted the chorus from 'My Hope Is In Jesus' by Crowder as our faith/praise song. Even when speech became an enormous challenge, she would mouth the words "All my hope is in Jesus, Thank God my yesterday's gone, All my sins are forgiven, I've been washed by the blood". Her legacy desire has always been to see children and grandchildren walk and grow in faith in Christ.
