Dixie Mignone

Dixie Mignone, age 90, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at the Laurels of Hilliard. Born September 19, 1923 in Cottageville, WV to the late William and Mabel Cossin. Also preceded in death by husband, Armond Mignone; brothers, Golden, Howard and Bill; sister, Ruth. Survived by children, Carmela (Roger) Black and Steve (Cyndi) Mignone; grandchildren, Darrell Black, Nicole (Jason) Mack, Anna (Dusty) Osborne, Christina Mignone, Monica Mignone and Austin Schmiedebusch; great grandchildren, Alec and Olivia Mack, Victoria and Parker Black and Christopher Osborne; sisters, Pat O'Dea, Leatrice Mason, Betty Henry and Carol (Neil) Sayre; best friend, Ruby Butt, together they were known as "Lucy and Ethel;" numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Friends may call Friday, February 7, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St. in Hilliard, where funeral service will be Saturday, 10 a.m. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
