Dolores Caplinger, age 90, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2015, in Dublin, OH. Born December 29, 1924 in Columbus, OH to the late Frank and Catherine Rudert. Retired from Columbia Gas Co. Also preceded in death by brother, Herman. Survived by husband of 69 years, Carl Caplinger; sons, Dennis (Myra) and Greg Caplinger; grandchildren, Kimberly (Dave) Mahaney, Tori Caplinger, Buddy (Angie) Caplinger and Monica (Dan) Divine; great grandchildren, Nick and Andrew Mahaney, Jensen and Katie Glick, Faith and Kyle Caplinger and Cameron Divine; great-great granddaughter, Milah Glick. Friends may call Wednesday, September 23, 2015 from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St. in Hilliard, OH. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. at St. Joseph Cemetery, Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel, 6440 S. High St. in Lockbourne, OH, immediately following procession from the funeral home. Interment will follow at the gravesite.
