Dolores L. Skaggs

Dolores Louise Skaggs (Felton), age 90, of Columbus, passed away on January 6, 2022. She was born on November 23, 1931 to the late John and Goldie (Kramer) Felton in Seward, PA. Dolores is survived by her loving sons, David Emerson; Dana T (Jaci); Granddaughters, Elisabeth Ann; Erica Carolyn (Charles) Hutzel; Sabra Danielle; Noelle Angelica; Grandson, David Emerson; Her many great grandchildren that she loved and adores; two brothers John Henry Felton; Carl Ambrose (Carol) Felton; and many loved nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Wilburn “Emerson” Skaggs. She graduated from Johnstown High School and then proceeded to join the United States Army. Dolores spent many years serving the bleeding disorders community by serving on the board of directors for the Central Ohio Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation. Dolores enjoyed being a member of the Central Baptist Church.  

Friends may call at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 NORWICH STREET, HILLIARD, OH, 43026, on WEDNESDAY, January 12, 2022 from 4-7 P.M.  The Funeral service will be held on THURSDAY, January 13, 2022, at 11:00 A.M at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, with Pastor Tim Womack officiating followed by a graveside service at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Hilliard, Ohio.
