Don Schleich

Don Schleich, age 76 of Columbus, passed away July 24, 2014. He was an U.S. Air Force Veteran; a Hilliard City School District Bus Driver (Bus #25); and an avid OSU Fan. Preceded in death by parents, Winfield and Elizabeth "Betty" Schleich; sister, Roberta Daneker. Survived by wife of 29 years, Jane; former wife, Peggy Swope; children, John (Theresa) Schleich, Don (Carol) Schleich, Cathy (Rob) Rings, Rick Schleich, T.W. Schleich and Sara Schleich; brother, Roger (Linda) Schleich; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; a host of friends. Following Don's wishes, cremation had taken place. A private inurnment for family and close friends will be at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Lewis Center, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kobacker House Hospice or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in memory of Don.
