Donald Massie

Donald Jake Massie, age 81, of Hilliard, passed away January 1, 2009. Army Veteran of WWII. Long time volunteer of Norwich Township Fire Department. American legion Post 614, Moose Lodge #2236, Scioto Model A Club, Jake’s Antique shop, and Donald Massie Construction Company. Preceded in death by loving wife Phyllis of 54 years, brothers and sisters Richard Massie, Dorothea Riffe, Ruthann Henderson, Catherine Dailey, Ronald Massie, and Kenny Massie. Survived by sisters Margaret Pancake, Barbara Skaggs, brother Roger Massie, sister-in-law June Kober and numerous special nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Friends may call 4-7 pm Wednesday at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., where funeral service will be held 11 am Thursday. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
