Dorcas Storts

Dorcas Ruth Storts, age 76, passed on Sunday, December 11, 2011 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s surrounded by her family members. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she loved her family dearly. She was a beautiful person both inside and out to everyone that ever had the honor of meeting her. She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Robert "Bob" Storts; parents Reverend Russell and Mabel Bowman; siblings Jack Bowman and Sue Long. She is survived by her children, Steve (Pam) Storts of Hilliard and Bruce (Theresa) Storts of West Jefferson; grandchildren, Nick (Jennifer) Storts, Derek (Tyler) Storts, Mark Storts, Tyler Storts and Chad Storts; great-grand-children, Morgan, Avriee, Sierra, Haylie, Gavin, Cole, Kameron, Jayce, Zoey and Trent; Siblings, Edna (Roger) Stoll, Tony (Nila) Bowman, Donna Bowman, Nick (Anne) Storts and Marge Price. Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 2-4p.m. and 6-8p.m. at TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will be held on Friday, December 16, 2011, at 11:00a.m. with Reverend Larry Burchett officiating. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
