In Loving Memory of Doris Louise (Williams) Cobb March 5, 1947 – November 6, 2024

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, Doris Louise (Williams) Cobb, who left this world on November 6, 2024, at the age of 77. She was surrounded by family and love during her final moments.

Born on March 5, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio to Lewis and Ida Williams, Doris lived a life full of warmth, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her family. She was the wife of James Christopher Cobb. They wed on September 9, 1967. She was the loving mother of two sons: Jason (wife, Martha) and Jeremy (wife, Lydia). Her devotion to her children was only surpassed by the joy she found in her role as a grandmother to Seth, Ethan, Jonah, Maggie, Emma, and Lauren, and as a great-grandmother to Arlo and Theodore, who brought her endless pride and happiness. Doris shared a special bond with her sisters, Barbara, Jean, Janet (husband, Craig), and Shirley (husband, Robert). The laughter and stories they shared over the years are cherished memories that will be held close to their hearts. Doris retired from Quest (Emerald Pkwy) in 2004 and then spent her time becoming a small business owner with her family. Her life was a testament to love, strength, resilience, and devotion to her Christian faith. She had a generous spirit and was always present for her family. She cherished every moment with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and loved them. Her legacy will live on in the lives of all who were blessed to know her. 

Services will be held to honor her memory at The Naz Church, 4770 Hoover Rd. Grove City, OH 43123 on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Noon. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever be with us in the love she gave, the lessons she shared, and the beautiful memories we carry.
