Dorothy Grener

Dorothy Ann Bynner Grener, age 97 of Plain City, OH, formerly of Hilliard, OH was peacefully delivered into the hands of God on June 9, 2019. She was a long-term member of St. John Lutheran Church Dublin, OH. She was a loving wife; dedicated homemaker and her days were spent caring for her family. She was an active member of the Hilliard Senior Center and the Northwest Franklin County Historical Society. She was a past member of the Franklin County Farm Bureau Board, the Farm House Administration and a past advisor of the Franklin County Farm Service Agency. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 77 years Kermit Christian Conrad Grener, son Lawrence Conrad Grener, parents Claude Bynner and Myrtle Florence Bynner, sisters Mary Bynner Zwayer, Betty Bynner Lisk, brothers Donald Bynner and Ned Bynner. Survived by children Phyllis Jean Pritchard Walker (Charles), Richard Stephan Grener (Beverly), Theodore Alan Grener (Maureen), David Eric Grener (Lynda), Cheryl Jayne Partlow (Stan); daughter-in-law, Barbara Corderman Grener; 19 Grandchildren, 32 Great Grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.  The family will receive family and friends 5-8 pm Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St, Hilliard, OH 43026. Funeral service will be held 1:30 pm Thursday, June 20, 2019 at St. John Lutheran Church, 6135 Rings Rd, Dublin, OH 43016 with viewing one hour prior to the service. Internment at Wesley Chapel Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. John Lutheran Church.
