Dwight Cokain

Dwight R. Cokain, age 67, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2014 at Kobacker House Hospice. Born January 31, 1947 in Logansport, IN to the late John and Melba Cokain. U.S. Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. Retired in 2008 after 24 years with the Department of Defense. ARRL Life member. Preceded in death by parents; grandson, Reed Olson Sayre. Survived by wife of 44 years, Sherry; children, Suzann (Kevin) Sayre and Jonathan (Lindsey) Cokain; grandchildren, Ethan, Grant and Dylan Sayre and 1 grandson due in September; siblings, Pamela Cokain, Janine (James) Nerad and Dick Cokain; 2 nieces and 1 nephew. Friends may gather to celebrate Dwight's life, Monday, July 14, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St. in Hilliard. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, 3225 Dublin Rd. in Hilliard.
