Elizabeth Morse

Elizabeth Mae Morse, age 95, found peace on December 4, 2015 following a brief illness. Born October 31, 1920 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Warren and Alta Hedges. She was a graduate of West High School, Columbus and Franklin University Business College. Also a member of Resurrection EV Lutheran Church-Hilliard, Eastern Stars and Hilliard Senior Center. Known for a wide range of interests including dancing, bicycling, cards, fishing and cooking. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Preceded in death by her husbands Robert T. Pringle Sr. and Joe P. Morse and stepdaughter Lois Barr. Survived by son Robert T. (Sherry) Pringle Jr. of Ann Arbor, MI, daughters Roberta (Jordan) Horne of Cincinnati, OH and Robin (Wyatt) Butler of New Berlin, WI, stepdaughters Sandra (Mike) Brown of Marysville, OH and Marilyn (Greg) Matthews of Republic, OH, dearest grandmother of Robert (Laura), Sarah, Alison (James), Anne, Joe, Warren, Nathan, Colin and Byron, step grandmother of Jennifer (Heath), Julie, and Kelly (Neal), proud great grandmother of Conor and step grandchildren Alex, Anna and Eve. Further survived by loving sister Virginia Moore, sister-in-law Mary Bell Morse and best friend, neighbor and caregiver, Roberta Fish. Family will receive friends 10-11 am Monday at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will follow at 11 am with Pastor Libby Buuck officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Columbus, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hilliard Senior Center or Meals on Wheels would be greatly appreciated.
