Elmer Fizer

Elmer J. Fizer, age 62, of Galloway, OH, passed away April 1, 2012. The world’s best Pop Pop. He was of Baptist faith and retired from Penske after 28 years of service. Survived by loving wife of 7 1/2 years, Diana Rakes, children Laura Ann Fizer, Jacob Elmer (Cynthia) Fizer, Randy (Alicia) Fizer and Renee Fizer, step daughter Danielle, step son Anthony Craft, sisters Joyce Surgiss and Glinda Fizer, grandchildren Jacob, Olivia, Brandon, Rebekah, Danika and Kemina, step-father Walker Lamb. Family will receive friends Friday 12-1pm at Meadow Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery, 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD 21075 where a graveside service will follow.
